Our team are mature, responsible individuals with strong communication skills, knowledge and understanding. Working with diverse mental health client groups, we have gained a wealth of knowledge and practice of caring for others in a professional capacity. Awareness of the privilege and accountability we have for every client, family member, caregiver and their values ensures client care remains at the forefront.
As psychotherapists, we are trained to listen to a client’s problems to try and find out what’s causing upset and help them find a solution. Effective communication, high empathy, active listening and the ability to understand clients’ issues are examples of how we work.
We help clients navigate their way through their problems to find resolve and Wellbeing. Ensuring respect for rights of autonomy and confidentiality are observed, we listen and discuss important issues with you. We will work together to suggest strategies for resolving problems and, if necessary, help you change attitudes and behaviours.
